Russell began his career with Hermitage Wealth Management as an intern in December 2017 and was promoted to a Financial Advisor in October 2018. He is both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), reflecting his commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality financial guidance.
As a Financial Advisor, Russell focuses on helping individuals and families make informed decisions within their personal financial lives. He is passionate about building strong relationships and works closely with clients to provide objective advice, implement tailored strategies, and guide them through the ongoing management of their financial plans. He holds his Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations, along with Life, Health, and Long-Term Care insurance licenses.
Prior to joining Hermitage, Russell graduated from James Madison University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts and Design. During his time at JMU, he was a member of the football program’s video staff and contributed to the 2016 national championship team, earning a championship ring.
Outside of the office, Russell enjoys spending time with his wife and son, along with their dog. In his free time, you can often find him following his favorite sports teams, out on the golf course, or exploring new bourbons.
