Amy joined the firm in the summer of 2026 as Firm Administrator, bringing a strong background in Human Resources, Business Operations, and Customer Service. In her role, she focuses on human resources and compliance, with an emphasis on streamlining processes and supporting the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. After moving to the Richmond area in 2008, she co-founded and grew a business dedicated to serving the needs of older adults in the community. After successfully selling her business in 2023, Amy worked as an H.R. consultant before joining the firm in 2026.
Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her three sons and friends, as well as traveling and exploring new places.
