Allison Francisco is a Retirement Plan Relationship Manager with Hermitage Wealth Management and has over seven years of experience in the retirement industry.

Allison graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mary Washington in 2012, and she received her Qualified 401k Administrator credential (QKA) in 2021. She lives in Hanover with her husband, daughter and dog named Millie. An avid reader, she reads anything and everything on her Kindle.
