Tom O'Shea joined Innovator Capital Management in 2022 as Director of Research & Investment Strategy. He created the Portfolio Solutions group responsible for optimizing multi-asset class portfolios tailored to investors' goals and manages $400 million in category-leading model portfolios. Using a historically informed but future-focused approach, Tom also develops asset class views and shapes corporate and product strategies.

Prior to Innovator, Tom was a Senior Consultant in EY's Strategy and Transactions group and an Investment Strategist on the Global Asset Allocation team at Northern Trust Asset Management. 

Tom is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Chicago. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed his Master of Science in Data Science from Georgia Tech in 2024.
